• Register for beta testing
• Interact with demo videos or landing page forms
• Contact us via email/form

The CRM Service Privacy Policy (separate document) covers data collected after signup within the app.

3. Cookies

• Essential: session management (30 days max)
• Opt-out: Cookie consent banner (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive)

• Beta registration data: retained for 30 days after account creation, or 12 months if no account is created, then permanently deleted
• Contact form data: 12 months or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever comes first
• Marketing lists: until unsubscribe

8. Post-Deletion Communication

Once your data has been deleted, we will not send you any further emails or communications related to The Bell CRM, unless you have separately and explicitly consented to being contacted after deletion.

• Stop marketing emails (immediate)
• Cookie preferences
• Automated decision-making: we do not use automated decision-making or profiling as defined under Article 22 of the GDPR
