Yes. Seat increases are charged immediately on a prorated basis. Seat decreases generate a prorated credit applied to your next annual invoice. Credits are not refunded to your payment method.
Yes, at any time from Settings. You can download all your contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and activities as a ZIP file.
