Terms of Service for The Bell CRM Beta Testing

1. Beta Testing Program Overview

The Bell CRM ("Service") is offered by ChangeSales Oy (Business ID: 3306591-9), located in Finland ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beta version of The Bell CRM during the Beta Testing Program ("Beta Program").

2. Beta Nature & "AS IS" Service

• The Service is provided as BETA software — pre-release, experimental.
• Provided "AS IS" with NO WARRANTIES of any kind, express or implied.
• May contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, or performance issues.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Beta Access Period

• Free access for 12 months ("Beta Period") from your registration date.
• Active paid subscription REQUIRED after Beta Period ends to continue service.
• Automatic termination of free access at Beta Period end if no paid subscription.
• 14 days written notice (email) if we end Beta Program early.

4. Paid Subscription & Data Policy

• Post-Beta: Must subscribe via active payment method to retain access.
• Non-payment: Account suspended → all data permanently deleted after 30 days.
• No data restoration after deletion.
• Export your data before subscription lapses.

5. No Business Liability

We are NOT responsible for your business outcomes, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any damages. Service used at your own risk. Maximum liability: amount paid (zero during Beta).

6. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Use Service only for legitimate business purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute Service.

7. Data Ownership & Usage

• You own your data (persons, deals, activities).
• We own the Service and underlying platform.
• Limited license to use your data for service improvement (anonymized analytics).
• Right to delete data upon termination/non-payment.

8. Termination

• You: Cancel anytime (data retained 30 days for export).
• Us: Immediate termination for abuse/violation; 14 days notice for Beta Program end.
• All provisions survive termination (ownership, liability limits).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app. Continued use = acceptance.

10. Governing Law

Finland. Exclusive jurisdiction: Helsinki District Court.
